Queensgate sells European arm of Generator Group for €776m
The group transformed the regional hostel business with 12 assets, 1,894 rooms in 2016 to an internationally recognised hotel brand with 21 assets, 3,925 rooms in 2025
Queensgate Investments has announced the agreement to sell the European operations of Generator Group, a leading lifestyle hospitality platform, to private real estate funds managed by Brookfield Asset Management for €776m (£653m).
