Capilon Hotels has officially opened the Edwin Hotel, a restored 60-room townhouse in Earl’s Court, London.

The property, on Trebovir Road close to Earl’s Court Station, is said to combine modern fittings with traditional design. Facilities include walk-in showers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart televisions and coffee machines.

The hotel also features a private garden and an open-plan ground floor, which is used for breakfast service and co-working during the day.

Capilon Hotels said the development was aimed at business and leisure travellers seeking a “stylish comfortable base” in London.

The Edwin joins the group’s portfolio of boutique properties across central London.

Founded in 2004, Capilon has expanded its holdings in recent years, focusing on smaller townhouse-style hotels in central locations.
