Ufford Park Hotel appoints new manager

The Ufford Park Hotel, in Woodbridge, Suffolk, has promoted head of operations Max Moussa to the position of hotel manager.


Moussa joined the team in July 2017, and in that time, has worked with each department to further improve operations and service levels in line with the hotel’s vision to achieve customer service excellence.

With a background in hotel and restaurant management, Moussa has previously worked at Woodhall Manor in Woodbridge, Greyfriars Hotel in Colchester and Ravenwood Hall in Bury St Edmunds.

Commenting on his promotion, Moussa said: “I joined Ufford Park at a significant point in its history and have been proud to play a role in it its development over the past 21 months.

“I am thrilled to have been appointed as hotel manager and look forward to the new challenges ahead.  In this new role I will continue to work with the team to strive towards achieving excellent customer service in all areas and to enhance our status as a destination location.”

Managing director Tarnia Robertson added: “Max has been an invaluable asset to us since he started with us in 2017 and I know he will achieve great things as hotel manager. He has helped execute my vision for the hotel since his arrival and I know that he will continue to do so as manager.”
