The freehold for the Days Hotel London-Waterloo, has been brought to the market on behalf of LPA Receiver and Smith and Williamson LLP.
The hotel currently operates under a Days Hotel franchise agreement and comprises 162 en-suite bedrooms. Located approximately a 10 minute walk from Waterloo Station and situated within close proximity to tourist attractions, such as the Imperial War Museum, London Eye and Parliament Square.
