Organisers of the Hotel Owner Conference have confirmed that Christian Masters, general manager of art’otel London Hoxton, will join the expert speaker lineup for the event on 3rd November 2026.

Masters, who joined art’otel in 2023, was a pivotal figure in the pre-opening, launch, and operational stabilisation of the art’otel London Hoxton. His role was instrumental in establishing the hotel’s reputation from its inception, marking a significant addition to London’s lifestyle hotel landscape.

With a career spanning nearly 20 years, Masters brings a wealth of experience in operational excellence and leadership. His background includes high-profile roles such as director of event management at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, director of rooms pperations at Conrad London St. James, and hotel manager at Montcalm East, Autograph Collection.

He also previously served as general manager at The Ministry, the premium shared workspace concept by Ministry of Sound, offering him a unique cross-sector perspective on modern hospitality.

The conference, held at Prince Philip House, London, aims to provide hotel owners and operators with actionable insights into navigating the complexities of the current market.
