Millennium Hotels and Resorts has appointed Cinn Tan as chief commercial officer to oversee the group’s global commercial strategy and brand positioning.
Tan joined the company in January 2026 and manages 145 hotels across international gateway cities. She previously served as chief commercial and marketing officer at Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
The hospitality veteran has more than 30 years of experience in the sector across Asia Pacific, China, Europe, and the US. Her career includes senior roles at Jin Jiang International and The Ascott Limited.
Tan is responsible for branding, marketing, loyalty, and sales. Her remit also includes overseeing distribution, revenue management, and digital platforms to drive performance across the group’s international portfolio.
Millennium Hotels and Resorts is a subsidiary of City Developments, a real estate company listed in Singapore. The group operates brands including The Biltmore, Grand Millennium, M Social, and Copthorne.
