Five-star hotel The Royal Crescent Hotel and Spa has announced the appointment of hotelier Ben Danielsen as its new general manager.
A seasoned hotelier with more than 20 years of industry experience, Danielsen’s arrival at the luxury hotel in Bath is said to “signal the start of the next stage of the journey” for the AA five- Red Star and AA three- Rosette property.
Danielsen said: “I have had the warmest of welcomes from the wonderful team here at the RCH, which has served to cement my initial perception of the hotel as a truly special place to be. Already, guests’ comments to me have demonstrated how extraordinary what we do here at the Royal Crescent really is.
“I love this industry, and the opportunity it gives us all to create unforgettable moments for other people. I am excited to continue to get to know the team and our guests, and to take their RCH experience to the next level.”
