The five-star Grande Dame hotel received the award for its “seamless” service and five-star luxury guest experience, which provides an “oasis of serenity in the heart of the capital”.
Its recent refurbishment of all guest-facing areas, including bedrooms, restaurants, bars, event spaces, the spa and the Atrium, coincides with its 120th anniversary this year.
The hotel has previously won a number of highly acclaimed and prestigious awards, including ‘Investors in People’ Platinum Level Accreditation in 2019 and placed sixth in The Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ in 2019.
