Norton House Hotel and Spa, part Hand Picked Hotels, has re-opened its doors.
At the same time, the hotel has launched its ‘In Safe Hands’ commitment – an enhanced set of stringent health, safety and security measures designed in response to the Covid-19 outbreak, yet without compromising the service quality guests have come to expect.
These include enhanced cleaning protocols, social distancing measures, contactless check in and check out, dedicated dining areas and a fully-flexible refund booking policy should customers need to cancel due to Covid-19 concerns or issues.
Dating back to 1840, Norton House Hotel offers 83 bedrooms including feature suites in addition to an award-winning health club and spa, Brasserie restaurant, the conservatory lounge and drawing room and 55 acres of exquisite grounds.
General manager, Peter Dornom, said: “Norton House is a very special building with so much history and heritage and I am delighted to see its doors open once again.
“The team has worked tirelessly to prepare our estate for re-opening, to ensure our guests can enjoy the hotel safely and comfortably as they return, knowing they are in safe hands.”
He added: “In addition, launching our Treasured Experiences presents a unique opportunity for guests to spend their holidays a little closer to home to their exacting requirements, in a home-from-home environment, with all the elements they love and enjoy.”
