The Finsbury Park Guest House in Lonson has been sold to recruitment company, Integrated Solutions for an asking price of “offers in excess of £1m”.
The hotel, which sits in a three-storey Victorian style building in Finsbury Park, has been sold to the recruitment company, which plans to invest “substantial capital” in the property and welcome back guests in the months ahead.
Andrew Evangelou, head of London Hotels at Christie and Co, who handled the sale, said:, “The really excellent communication links to and from Finsbury Park make this an excellent trading area with huge demand from a variety of guests.
“There was highly competitive bidding for the hotel, and we have continued demand for similar properties across the whole of London.”
Owner Sabbir Muslim added: “When Christie and Co launched the Finsbury Park Guest House to the market in April, I was naturally anxious about the response due to Covid-19.
“However, it soon became clear that their database of buyers is so large that immediately they had a huge amount of interest.”
