Serviced apartment brand Cotels has announced the opening of its new apart-hotel style apartments at London Park House in Luton.

Located in Luton town centre, the apartments features modern furnishings and fixtures throughout including a kitchenette, en-suite showers, living and dining area, PC and free Wi-Fi access. The apart-hotel also offers laundry facilities, a games room, meeting rooms and a gym.

Marcia Gomez, managing director, said: “We are very excited to be able to offer these stylish, studio apartments at London Park House to complement our popular two bed apartments at The Academy.

“The apart-hotel style building, the first in our portfolio, will suit the needs of business and leisure travellers alike and will offer guests not only fantastic apartments at a great rate, but also the additional recreational benefits that the development offers.”
