Hotel Perfect has partnered with restaurant table management system ResDiary, in a bid to create a seamless integration between a hotel’s property management system and restaurant booking system.
ResDiary – an online table reservation system that is available anywhere in the world – offers complete control with industry-leading table and yield management on multiple devices, 24/7.
The system also gives restaurateurs a free mobile website with validated reviews, extensive reporting and build-in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
The integration means table bookings can be created, edited and cancelled by reservationists all from Hotel Perfect’s room booking screen, making processes more efficient.
Customer contact details, accommodation packages and dietary requirements will automatically feed directly from Hotel Perfect to ResDiary keeping the restaurant team well informed.
