The Holiday Inn Peterborough West hotel scooped the coveted ‘Award for Excellence 2012’ at this year’s Europe Hotel STARS Awards.
Located at Thorpe Wood, the Holiday Inn Peterborough West outperformed all hotels in the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) across Europe, topping the leader board with statistics showing the hotel consistently excels in key areas, such as health and safety, food safety and overall guest experience.
General manager of the hotel Robert Ford remarked: “This award recognises all the hard work and team effort we’ve put in this year. We’re constantly striving to go the extra mile so guests can expect a consistently top notch experience when visiting our hotel and we’ll continue to work together to keep delivering the same experience each year.”
