The new owner of the Grains Bar hotel in Greater Manchester is looking to turn the property into a venue suitable for weddings.
This will be the first hotel for Lisa Holroyd, following a deal which was brokered by business property advisor, Christie and Co.
She will take over from the current owners who have run the hotel for the past 20 years.
The 300-year-old property has three storeys, is set in approximately nine acres of farmland and overlooks the Saddlewood Moors.
Holroyd said: “Grains Bar Farm was originally owned by my family before the previous owners. Bringing back the hotel into my family was a great opportunity.
“I want to continue to create a warm and friendly environment for all our guests, alongside creating beautiful and affordable wedding and event spaces for people to enjoy. It is important to me that my customers have a great experience at the hotel and create lots of happy memories.”
