The search is on for the Best Employers in Hospitality 2013

Entries for the Best Employers in Hospitality Awards 2013 have now begun and hospitality employees from all sectors are encouraged to log on and apply.

Entry to the awards is free and judging is completed via an online employee engagement survey. The survey gathers employee responses on a range of work-related areas such as learning and development and working environment. Winners are based solely on this unique employee response.

Last year, the top accolade of Best Employer in Hospitality and the award for Best Independent Restaurant Employer 2012 went to Mya Lacarte in Berkshire. Matthew Siadatan, the owner said regarding this year’s award: “We will definitely be entering again this year and hope to keep our number one spot. We’ve had an influx of high-calibrechefs applying the past year and believe it’s partly down to winning the award.”

The awards are being run by hospitality recruitment specialist Caterer.comand its director Ian Burke said: “Successful companies have strong, engaged teams driving them.
