Paul Phillips, Ghl Hotels property director, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Joey to the Glh team at this exciting time for the group.”
“As a key member of the team she’ll drive forward our refresh and redesign of existing properties, as well as being instrumental in developing the look and feel of the interiors for our future hotel projects too.”
Also joining is former general manager of Thistle City Barbican, Paul Knightley, who has been promoted to group operations manager.
Mike Magrane, operations director at Glh Hotels, said: “Paul brings 17 years of Thistle Hotels experience and is the perfect choice for this role, as we continue to develop our offering, delivering the very best guest experiences across Thistle Hotels, Thistle Express and the Every Hotel brands.”
