The Gisland Hall Hotel in Cumbria is to undergo a renovation after being acquired by Stratsmore Holdings earlier this year.
The Cumbrian hotel will be operated by Monday Hospitality Group and its new country house hotel brand, Black Book Hotels.
In Autumn this year, the property will undergo a complete renovation, transforming it into a “luxury five-star country house hotel” by Spring 2022.
The new hotel will offer luxury suites and family rooms with patios, “unique guest experiences”, amenities, F&B offerings, wedding and event spaces, including in house screening room and luxury spa facilities.
The current three-star hotel will remain open and comprises 60 en-suite bedrooms, with free Wi-Fi and The Orangery restaurant which serves a breakfast buffet and three course dinner
