The Berkeley in Knightsbridge has announced the appointment of Ninnja Bayram as its new hotel manager.
Bayram first joined the hotel in 2019 as director of Rooms and “quickly established herself as a hugely talented and dedicated member of the team”.
According to the hotel, she was instrumental in overseeing the development of new room designs and the growth of The Berkeley’s Bamford Wellness Spa.
Her new role will reportedly embrace all aspects of the day-to-day running of the hotel including overseeing the recently opened Cedric Grolet at The Berkeley patisserie.
Bayram began her hospitality career over ten years ago as a receptionist at The InterContinental Hotels Group on Park Lane. She later worked at some of the most distinguished establishments in London including The Dorchester, where she spent six and a half years rising to the position of FOH manager.
Knut Wylde, general manager of The Berkeley, said: “I am delighted to have Ninnja by my side as a trusted colleague. She truly captures and embodies The Berkeley’s unique and innovative spirit and I’m excited to see what new ideas she brings to the team.”
