The Annual Hotel Conference (AHC) has unveiled a new initiative that will reportedly provide delegates with solutions, initiatives and product innovations to help them “face current challenges and drive sustainable business growth across the sector”.
It is reported that the AHC Fringe will present a collection of 10 minute talks during coffee and lunch breaks at the conference, which will take place at Manchester Central Convention Complex on 3 and 4 October.
These talks will run alongside the event’s main programme and are said to be designed to give practical advice and insights around topics such as staffing, automation, energy and revenue management.
The main programme will reportedly include 90 sessions led by industry speakers and delivered as keynotes, panel discussions and one-to-ones. All talks will also be filmed and available on demand.
In addition to its conference programme, the AHC provides its delegates ample networking opportunities, as well as connecting those with capital to those seeking it to drive investment in the UK hospitality sector.
Joe Stather, market lead for Questex’s operational real estate portfolio, said: “Providing education and inspiration as well as the chance to connect, are core aims for The AHC, so it’s fantastic to be able to continue these aims with further support for business growth through The AHC Fringe.
“With such dramatic change happening inside and outside our industry, we recognise that there’s never been a more important time to share innovation and provide practical solutions.”
