Exclusive Collection becomes a Living Wage Employer

Exclusive Collection has revealed it has become accredited as a real Living Wage Employer.

Since it was founded 40 years ago, the independently-owned hotel company said it has maintained “strong ownership of the welfare and development of its people” and in 2021 it further underlined this commitment by becoming a B Corp. 

Exclusive Collection employs more than 1,000 people in permanent and casual roles across its hospitality businesses and the accreditation to a real Living Wage Employer has seen some adjustment to comply with the foundation’s governance.

There are currently over 11,000 Living Wage Employers, including half of the FTSE 100.
