Exeter Arms, a boutique accommodation with a restaurant is brought to market through Christie & Co on a leasehold basis for an undisclosed sum.
The property, which features six boutique letting rooms and a 50-cover restaurant, is located in the small village of Easton on the Hill and near Stamford town and Rutland.
The business has been owned and operated by Gary Eldred, who has decided to sell due to pursuing other opportunities.
