Pan Pacific London appoints new hotel manager

Pan Pacific London has announced the appointment of John Kelly as its new hotel manager.

Kelly has over 20 years’ experience across the UK and Europe and joins Pan Pacific London from Adare Manor in Ireland.

He held the position of deputy general manager at Adare Manor and was in charge of managing daily operations around the resort.

Prior to that, he worked as hotel manager at The Bloomsbury Hotel and held other senior roles including director of operations and director of rooms at The Hoxton Holborn and W Hotel London Leicester Square.

Kelly said: “It’s an honour and a privilege to join as Hotel Manager at Pan Pacific London. The hotel has won many awards since opening in September 2021, including the coveted Cateys ‘Hotel of the Year, Group 2023’, and the ‘AA Hospitality Hotel of the Year 2022/23’ which is a testament to the team’s hard work, commitment, collaboration, and culture.

“I am so looking forward to working with Anne Golden, one of London’s great hospitality leaders, as well as the senior leadership team. Pan Pacific London is dedicated to going above and beyond for its guests and ensuring personalised service, training of staff and fostering a positive work culture, which I look forward to driving further in my new role.”

Pan Pacific London is based in Liverpool Street, London and has 237 guest rooms including 42 suites and a signature Pan Pacific Suite.
