RBH Hospitality Management has announced that it has been appointed to manage London’s first Voco branded hotel.
The 93-bedroom Signature London, J Marylebone Hotel is being rebranded to become Voco London Marylebone under RBH management this December.
RBH has appointed Pritesh Hirani as general manager, following a successful thirteen-year career with RBH
Hirani completed RBH’s internal talent development scheme in 2017, and three subsequent deputy general manager roles across RBH’s London portfolio.
David Hart, CEO of RBH Hospitality Management, said: “A first for both RBH and for London, this is a great addition to our portfolio and a significant milestone in our expansion. This partnership not only strengthens our position in managing high quality, globally recognised brands, but also aligns with our long-term vision to expand our footprint in key cities.
“By bringing our operational expertise to Voco London Marylebone, we aim to enhance the brand’s presence in the capital and deliver a distinctive guest experience that sets new benchmarks in the industry.”
Matt Walton, head of development, UK&I, IHG Hotels and Resorts, added: “We are excited to continue our partnership with RBH with this new signing, and to be bringing Voco hotels to London in a coveted location like Marylebone.
“Voco hotels is a really exciting brand in the premium space that combines charm, comfort and an inviting experience with the reliability of a global brand. Its popularity with both owners and travellers is reflected in its rapid expansion worldwide, in its top guest satisfaction scores and industry accolades. We have every confidence that this new hotel will be a success.”
Launched in 2018 IHG currently has 12 Voco hotels in the UK and more than 150 opened and signed worldwide.
