The King’s Head Hotel in Cirencester has entered into administration, with advisors from FRP having been appointed.

The hotel itself is continuing to trade normally but a note appears on its website informing customers of the administration.

The note states: “KKH Cirencester Limited T/A King’s Head Hotel was placed into administration on 29 November 2024 and Ian Corfield and David Hudson of FRP Advisory Trading Limited were appointed as joint administrators.”

A representative of FRP stated that a “number of options” were being considered for the hotel.

The hotel is made up of 77 bedrooms, including 10 long-stay apartments, and a brasserie, restaurant, spa, deli and wine cellar.
