Focus Group has announced the appointment of Alessandra Leoni MIH as its new head of hospitality.
In her new role Leoni will be leading the newly formed industry division, Focus on Hospitality, to deliver hotels consultative support, strategic development and essential infrastructure for IT and digital transformation.
Following a 14-year career with Resident Hotels and tenures with Hilton and Carey International, Leoni has vast experience across operational, commercial and revenue functions. She has risen through the ranks from housekeeping to commercial and IT director.
As part of her remit, Leoni will lead collaborations with key events, conferences and associations, as well as main suppliers and vendor partners.
She will also support the Focus on Hospitality business development team to deliver solutions that help hotels boost profitability and streamline operations, while optimising and engaging staff and guests.

Focus on Hospitality already supports more than 200 hospitality businesses across the UK including Michels and Taylor, Exclusive Collection, Klarent Hospitality, Interstate, Radisson Blu, Langham Hotel, Waldorf Astoria, Brown’s Hotel, and The Balmoral.
