Valor Hospitality’s Dunluce Lodge in Portrush is set to host its first wellness retreat as part of a broader expansion of its spa and hospitality offering.
The five-star hotel’s spa facility, The Spa at Dunluce Lodge, will open the retreat – titled Chapter One: Coastal Calm – in partnership with local business Seascape Wellness Studio and skincare brand Seabody.
The three-day event will include sunrise yoga, contrast therapy sessions with sauna and cold-water immersion, and personalised spa treatments. Evening activities will feature candlelit sound baths in a sea cave and guided stargazing.
Guests will stay in The Stookan, a private annex of the hotel, and dine on seasonal menus prepared by in-house chefs.
Ashley Leckey, spa manager at Dunluce Lodge, said: “This style of retreat is something new to the Causeway Coast. It will be a celebration of our wonderful natural landscape and genuine hospitality.”
Dr Helena McMahon, founder of Seabody, added: “This retreat is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the profound calm that comes when nature leads the way.”
