Olea All Suite Hotel in Zakynthos will officially reopen on 1 May 2026 with a new outdoor pool and an expanded wellness programme.

The 89-suite property, located on the north-eastern coast of the island, has also added a fitness centre and a yoga shala for the upcoming season.

Designed by BLOCK722architects+, the resort is built around a 4,000 square metre lagoon-style pool. The structures use natural materials including oak, bamboo and rattan.

The hotel, which accepts guests aged 12 and over, features three restaurants and two bars. Culinary updates for 2026 include guest chef collaborations and food-focused weeks.

Management has introduced destination-led excursions, such as private boat trips and vineyard visits, to coincide with the reopening.

The resort is operated by SWOT Hospitality. The Athens-based company manages a portfolio valued at €600m (£518m) across Greece and Southeast Europe.

Nightly rates for the 2026 season, which runs until October, start at €493 (£425) including breakfast.
