Derbyshire hotel Peveril of the Peak is up for sale through property advisor Christie and Co with an asking price of £2m.
Set in well-maintained landscaped gardens, with the grounds extending to around 10 acres, The hotel features 46 guest rooms alongside a reception, dining, lounge and bar area. It is positioned as a country house hotel targeted at outdoor enthusiasts.
The property also includes two function rooms, a ‘boot room’ and drying area, 14 staff bedrooms which have been partially refurbished, as well as an additional two-bedroom detached cottage ideal for manager or additional staff accommodation.
Matt Hill, senior business agent for hotels at Christie and Co, who is managing the sale process, said: “We are delighted to bring this country house hotel to the market for the owners.
“It is an asset which is currently tenanted and will be available with vacant possession in the early part of 2027. It is set in a wonderful location, and we would recommend any interested party to arrange a viewing to fully appreciate its setting.”
The property is on the market on a freehold basis for £2m and will be legally handed over to the new owner by April 2027.
