The Lympstone Manor Hotel in Exmouth has appointed Anca Paraschiv as its new general manager, following three years at the hotel as its assistant general manager.
Paraschiv succeeds Scott Andrews, who departed from the business in October after three years of service.
Most recently Parasschiv worked as a manager at Restaurant Sat Bains, Nottingham,she also worked as a restaurant manager at Bath Priory Hotel after having spent formative years working in America and Dubai
Commenting on her appointment, Paraschiv said: “I am excited and grateful for such a wonderful opportunity. Being part of the Lympstone Manor team from the beginning has been an amazing journey so far and I can’t wait to see how this will continue.”
Several other promotions and developments include the appointment of former senior sous chef Jordan Denning as head chef, and Steve Garrod re-joining the company as assistant general manager.
