Pan Pacific Hotel appoints Anne Golden as new GM

Hotel Group Pan Pacific hotel has appointed Anne Golden as its general manager for its first European hotel.

The 237-bedroom hotel will be opening later this year within the 43-storey tower One Bishopsgate Plaza near Liverpool Street Station.

Golden joined Pan Pacific from Morgans Hotel Group, where she spent more than 12 years, holding the roles of regional vice president and opening manager at Sea Containers in London.

She also managed the Sandeson and St Martins Lane hotels during that time.

In her new position, she will manage business development, brand positioning and property operations. She will also manage the food and beverage outlets and revenues.

The hotel, which is owned by Singaporean property group UOL will feature 160 private residences at the high-rise hotel. The guest rooms and suites have been designed by Yabu Pushelberg. 

The hotel will also offer its ‘Signature Suite’ which will be situated on the 18th floor and will feature views of London, it will also include Square Mile’s first dedicated smart ballroom that will cover 370 guests alongside six meeting rooms.

An indoor lap pool with views of the streets will also be available alongside spa treatment rooms and fitness centre.

Pan Pacific London is set to open in autumn this year.
