Bringing his “wealth of experience” in high-end gastro-style dining to Bedford Lodge Hotel and Spa’s Squires Restaurant, Cooper will “showcase the fantastic produce” from Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
Cooper joins from his role as executive chef at Milsoms, Kesgrave Hall in Ipswich. Previously, he worked at The Ickworth Hotel, The Crewe Hall Hotel and Mottram Hall Hotel, before moving to East Anglia where he worked at a range of hotels and restaurants, including Infusions Bury St Edmunds and The Oaksmere in Eye.
He said he will continue Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa’s commitment to supporting the suppliers within the local community by reducing their carbon footprint where possible.
