Hughes has worked at Hartwell House for almost five years, starting as the restaurant manager in 2017 and most recently acting as the food and beverage manager
Kevin Hughes has been appointed general manager at Hartwell House and Spa in Buckinghamshire, following the sudden death of Matthew A C Johnson last month.
