Bacon-Hilton returns to Titchwell Manor from his most recent role at Socius, and he has experience working at “some of the UK’s finest restaurants”, including Michelin Star Morston Hall of Norfolk, and the two Michelin Star Moor Hall.
In his new role, Bacon-Hilton takes over from Chris Mann who spent 12 years at Titchwell Manor and led the team in maintaining 3 AA rosettes for food.
Mann is set for a new local venture to open a bakery in Snettisham, and is “looking forward to honing his skills in a new environment”.
Meanwhile, Titchwell Manor said this is “another exciting development for the hotel this year”, having grown the team handling weddings and events, the addition of new Shepherds Huts in the summer, and the completion of several room renovations.
