Ston Easton Park brought to market for £6m

The property is a ‘popular’ filming location for period dramas, notably featuring in the BBC’s production The Pursuit of Love starring Lily James

Ston Easton Park Hotel in Somerset, Bath has been put on the market for a sale guide price of £6m.

The property comprises 20 individually designed en suite bedrooms set within 28 acres of “extensive” landscaped gardens and grounds, surrounding the River Norr.

The purchase would also include a Grade II listed, three-bedroom gardeners’ cottage and a Grade II* listed coach house.

Ston Easton also features a games room, billiards room, garden room, numerous ancillary areas, garages and domestic offices with an orchard and tennis court nearby. The property reportedly benefits from seven principle ground floor public areas including Sorrels Restaurant.
