Leonardo Hotels opens first Manchester property
A new wellness suite also offers a space for yoga and meditation offering personalised guided meditation sessions through the room’s smart TVs

Leonardo Hotels has announced the launch of its first hotel in Manchester with the 275-room Leonardo Hotel Manchester Piccadilly.
Leonardo Hotels said the property is “affectionately known” as the ‘Jenga’ building due to its exterior tower blocks. It added the interior features a “pared-back and modern design. All rooms include Leonardo Hotels’ signature Dream bed, TVs and desks.
In addition, the property offers dining at its on-site bar and restaurant, Leo’s. Leo’s serves food and drinks throughout the day for dine-in, takeaway and room service including a hot buffet breakfast to start the day.
A new wellness suite also offers a space for yoga and meditation offering personalised guided meditation sessions through the room’s smart TVs.
Jason Carruthers, MD for Jurys Inn and Leonardo Hotels UK, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have opened our first Leonardo Hotel in Manchester. The unique design of the hotel has seen a lot of interest in it before its doors even opened which is wonderful, and we’re excited to now welcome people inside and continue the conversation.”
