Leonardo Hotels UK and Ireland, formerly Jurys Inn, has announced the launch of its new online booking service, Instant Meetings, which aims to provide customers with a “simple and seamless” booking journey for hotel meeting rooms.
Leonardo Hotels’ Instant Meetings service allows customers to check live availability and prices of meeting rooms online, view and select their favourite meeting spaces, choose additional food and beverage options and receive instant booking confirmation.
Customers can also manage their booking online following receipt of confirmation and make any additional changes if required.
Suitable for up to 50 delegates, Instant Meetings is available throughout the majority of Leonardo Hotels in the UK and Ireland.
Leonardo Hotels’ meeting rooms feature LCD projection screens and plasma TVs, adaptable modular furniture, complimentary high-speed WiFi and phone and power points.
