Adam Bateman, a seasoned chef with over 25 years of experience, has been named the new executive chef of Pan Pacific London Hotel. His responsibilities include overseeing all food operations across the hotel’s various dining outlets, such as the Straits Kitchen and Shiok!. Bateman joins from The Grand Hotel, Birmingham, where he served as culinary director and played a key role in revamping the hotel’s F&B concepts. With a track record of success in previous roles, including as group operations and development chef for InterContinental Hotels, Bateman is passionate about the hospitality industry and aims to elevate the culinary experiences at Pan Pacific London.

Homewood Hotel is investing £500k into expanding its spa and wellness facilities, including the addition of a heated vitality pool, experience showers, and a relaxation room. This investment follows the growing trend of wellness tourism and aims to enhance the guest experience.
