The Chancery Rosewood appoints F&B director
In his new role at The Chancery Rosewood, Leslie will lead the hotel’s F&B division, which will feature a carefully curated selection of dining options
The Chancery Rosewood has appointed Jake Leslie as director of Food and Beverage.Leslie brings a “wealth” of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. Prior to joining The Chancery Rosewood, he was the director of F&B at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, overseeing an operation exceeding $400m (£307m), of bars, fine dining and casual restaurants, with partners including Nobu, Gordon Ramsay and Giada De Laurentiis.
