The Grand Brighton has revealed that it is currently undergoing a £16.2m refurbishment.
To date, the hotel has already completed the refurbishment of the majority of its bedrooms since work commenced in January 2024.
It is expected that all 205 rooms, which stretch across seven floors, will be completed in March 2025.
The newly designed rooms feature “luxurious” wallpaper, local artwork and handpicked books and accessories.
The refurb will also see a soft refurbishment of the hotel’s public areas, alongside the introduction of a state-of-the-art gym.
This will also include a new spa to elevate the guest experience even further, which is due to be completed in March 2025.
This refurb comes after the Leonardo Hotels owner Fattal Group acquired the hotel last year.
Previous to this refurbishment the Victorian façade of the hotel was fully restored in 2019.
