The Roseate Edinburgh has announced the appointment of Juliette Louzon as its new hotel manager.
Louzon, who joins the hotel with extensive experience in luxury hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, is “poised to elevate the refined and welcoming atmosphere that defines The Roseate Edinburgh”.
Situated in Edinburgh’s West End, the hotel stands as a luxury retreat within the city.
Set across two restored Victorian townhouses, The Roseate consists of 35 rooms and suites, a bar and restaurant, lounge areas, a garden conservatory and private gardens in close proximity to Haymarket station and the city’s historic attractions.
Louzon said: “As hotel manager, my vision is to create an environment where each guest feels truly connected to Edinburgh’s heritage while enjoying modern luxury.
“I am thrilled to lead this exceptional team in delivering unforgettable stays that reflect the soul and story of our historic city.”
Parvez Unmar, regional general manager at Roseate Hotels, added: “We are dedicated to bringing together the industry’s finest hoteliers in our hotels to create unforgettable guest experiences. With Juliette’s extensive background in the five-star luxury market, coupled with her inspiring leadership and steadfast commitment to excellence, we are confident she will drive our exceptional team to even greater heights.
“We are proud to develop a supportive, home-like culture where each team member feels truly valued and empowered to deliver heartfelt, memorable experiences.”
