Vacation home rental platform, Belvilla by OYO, has expanded its Scottish portfolio with two new properties in Aberdeen.
It comes as OYO is looking to strengthen Belvilla’s presence in key European markets.
The group has launched two new hotels in the city, Belvilla Aberdeen Bridge of Don Exhibition Centre and Belvilla Aberdeen Bridge of Don Sea View.
Located near Aberdeen’s major business and leisure destinations, the two Belvilla hotels offer 130 and 138 rooms respectively.
The Belvilla Aberdeen Bridge of Don Exhibition Centre, in particular, benefits from “extensive” dining and event facilities, including a restaurant and bar that can accommodate 130 guests alongside a 60-seat banquet hall for corporate and social events.
Puneet Yadav, head of OYO UK, said: “OYO’s years of operating Belvilla holiday homes across Europe has been an invaluable learning experience. We’re pleased to be able to expand our portfolio in Scotland, capitalising on growth opportunities in the Aberdeen market.”
Founded in 1980, Belvilla by OYO is a holiday home rental platform with more than 65,000 homes in over 20 countries across Europe, including Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.
The brand is now expanding in the UK, after entering the market in 2024.
