Luxury Hertfordshire hotel and spa The Grove will unveil the reimagined walled garden and the addition of two new self-contained cottages, within the hotel’s grounds.
The Grove’s walled garden will open its gates with a makeover conceptualised by British interior design studio Martin Hulbert Design.
Reopening on 3 April, the space will feature a revamped heated outdoor pool, new look Ralph’s Beach with day beds, outdoor spa treatment area and upgraded facilities for families, including an enhanced children’s pool and play area.
Alongside seasonal dining experiences and completely rebuilt Jemima’s Kitchen Garden, the Walled Garden will also offer two versatile new private hire event spaces and will be accessible not only to hotel guests and Walled Garden members but also to spa day visitors.
In addition, available to book from 2 June, The Grove will introduce two new self-contained cottages designed by Martin Hulbert Design. These ultra-luxury cottages within The Grove’s 300 acre estate span two stories with living, kitchen and dining spaces and offer privacy and serenity whilst also affording access to the resort’s guest facilities.
The three-bedroom Wisteria Cottage and two-bedroom Dingle Cottage have a three-night minimum stay and come with the luxury of no set arrival and check out time, private parking, a private buggy and private jacuzzi in the garden. A fully stocked pantry features a selection of breads, milks, eggs, assorted cheeses, Nespresso and others. A selection of vintage wines and high-end liquors, pre-prepared meal hampers, private chef and barbecue experiences are also available upon request.
