Hilton Northampton has unveiled a new Wellness Suite as part of a £2.9m renovation aimed at enhancing guest facilities and wellbeing amenities.

The semi-private suite includes a sauna, aromatherapy room, multi-sensory shower, relaxation area and two dry floatation systems. These are designed to support rest and recovery through a variety of thermal and sensory experiences.

Access to the wellness suite is limited to guests who book either a Wellness Guestroom or a Wellness Package, which includes a 90-minute session. Capacity is capped at 10 people.

Hilton Northampton is the first UK site to offer both Zerobody and Cryo Dry Float systems from the manufacturer Starpool. According to the company, several professional athletes are expected to trial the combination in the coming weeks.

The hotel also features a LivingWell Fitness Centre, beauty treatment facilities and plans to launch two Five Feet to Fitness guestrooms later this year. These rooms will be equipped with in-room exercise features including Peloton bikes and yoga aids.

General manager Emma Coen said: “This renovation is about how guests feel, from the way they sleep to how they unwind. The new Wellness Suite is a tranquil sanctuary where guests can pause, reset, and recharge.”
