The Tyndrum Inn in the village of Tyndrum has been brought to market with an asking price of over £1.5m.
Situated in the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, the stone-built property includes 22 en suite letting rooms, a bar with 80 covers, a restaurant and café with seating for up to 100 people, and a conservatory with 15 additional seats.
The inn also features a beer garden and a private car park offering views across the surrounding mountains.
The location is a “popular” stop for hikers travelling along the West Highland Way and is well connected to other Highland towns.
The business is being offered for sale on a freehold basis.
Tony Spence, associate director at property agency Christie and Co, which is handling the sale, said: “We are delighted to have been instructed to sell The Tyndrum Inn, a fantastic, profitable business that is well-positioned for tourists travelling the Highlands and taking on the West Highland Way.”
