Andrew Brownsword Hotels has launched the Minster Mill, a brand new luxury hotel in the Cotswolds.
The opening of Minster Mill follows a major £4.5m refurbishment programme that has seen the establishment of Minster Mill as a stand alone hotel, now operating separately from sister property The Old Swan.
Set within a 20th Century mill, the new property has been designed by owners Andrew and Christina Brownsword, working alongside architect Simon Morray-Jones. It features 38 individually designed Scandi-style bedrooms, a brand new restaurant and bar at the front of the property which will be open to residents and non-residents.
The Minster Mill also offers a wedding venue with capacity for up to 120 guests including six spaces for private dining or meetings for up to 200.
Originally opened in 2016 the hotel also boasts a spa that offers three treatment rooms, alongside an indoor heated plunge pool, poolside rock sauna, aroma steam room, ice fountain and tropical rain forest showers.
Andrew Brownsword Hotels is a collection of 14 privately owned hotels comprising of eight countryside properties, five city centre ABode hotels.
