Ennismore has outlined plans to open more than 35 hotels and more than 20 food and beverage venues in 2026, with a string of new properties planned across the UK and Europe as the group passes the milestone of 200 hotels worldwide.

Among the most prominent European openings is Delano London, marking the brand’s UK debut. Scheduled to open in late 2026 near Kensington Gardens, the 67-room hotel will include a reimagining of Miami’s Rose Bar alongside a new restaurant and wellness space. In Italy, Mama Shelter is set to open a 150-room property in Lake Como in mid-2026, featuring multiple restaurants and bars, a rooftop pool and wellness facilities.

Further European expansion includes Morgans Originals entering Greece for the first time with an adults-only, all-suite property on the island of Paros, due to open in early 2026. The collection will also debut in India with a Mumbai opening. In Africa, Mama Shelter will open its first South African hotel on Bree Street in Cape Town, combining hotel rooms with branded residences.

The 2026 pipeline marks more than a doubling of Ennismore’s hotel portfolio in four years and includes several brand debuts and new market entries across multiple regions.

In the Americas, the group will reopen Delano Miami Beach in early 2026, reviving one of the city’s most recognisable hotel names. Mexico City will see the arrival of Hyde and Mama Shelter for the first time, while the Rixos brand will enter the Americas with an all-inclusive resort in Cancun later in the year.

Asia-Pacific openings include new Hyde hotels in Bali and Perth, as well as Rixos Phu Quoc in Vietnam, the brand’s first Asian resort. Ennismore will also open Mondrian Maldives in late 2026, featuring overwater and beachfront villas.

In the Middle East, the group has several projects planned across Saudi Arabia, Oman and the United Arab Emirates, including Rixos Murjana in King Abdullah Economic City, SLS The Red Sea and SO/ Jeddah Hotel and Residences.

Alongside its hotel expansion, Ennismore’s Paris Society platform will continue to roll out restaurant concepts globally in 2026, including Mimi Kakushi, Gigi Rigolatto, Il Bambini Club and Maison Revka, with openings planned across Europe, the US and the Middle East.

Gaurav Bhushan, co-chief executive of Ennismore, said: “Surpassing 200 hotels in just four years is a testament to the strength of our ecosystem. Our upcoming openings reflect both the pace and ambition of our growth as we expand further across Europe and enter new markets globally.”

Ennismore is a joint venture with Accor, in which it holds a majority stake, and operates as an autonomous lifestyle hospitality group. Its 2025 openings included SLS Barcelona, Mama Shelter Singapore and several Australian debuts, alongside continued expansion of its F&B portfolio.
