Rockingham Partners has announced it will partner with the Green House hotel in Bournemouth, the “eco-boutique” hotel home to the award-winning Arbor restaurant.

The asset management consultancy will work with the hotel to improve its revenue strategy, strengthen performance and formulate innovative projects that reinforce its eco-driven brand promise.

Rockingham said this news comes as the hotel continues to position itself as a pioneer in environmentally-conscious hospitality, guest experiences and destination dining.

The pair said the partnership marks “a bold step forward” for both entities, who are motivated by “purpose, people and personality” as well as results.

The firm said that the Green House has distinguished itself in the UK hospitality sector through its “thoughtful approach” to luxury, sustainability and memorable guest experiences.

It cited Arbor Restaurant as an additional reputation booster, thanks to its appeal to both local diners and guests with its “seasonal, sustainably” oriented menus.

Rockingham co-founder Simon Maguire said: “The Green House Hotel is a hotel with soul – a place where sustainability isn’t a tag line, it’s lived and breathed. With Arbor Restaurant adding a strong food and beverage dimension to the overall offer, there’s a real opportunity to align performance across the entire business and unlock further potential.”
