Langham Hospitality Group has appointed Josh Littman as head of development for the EMEA region.
Based in London, Littman will oversee the expansion of the company’s hospitality brands.
The new development lead will focus on securing new hotel and branded residence management contracts.
His remit covers the firm’s main operating divisions, including The Langham, Cordis, Eaton and Ying’nFlo.
Littman has more than two decades of experience across hospitality development, investment advisory and mixed-use property planning.
He most recently worked as vice president of development for the EMEA region at Starwood Hotels.
The executive previously held senior development positions at InterContinental Hotels Group and Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos.
His earlier career included real estate advisory and property financing roles at AECOM Economics, Kerzner International and PKF Consulting.
The hospitality group currently operates or has under development more than 40 hotels and residences globally. The business is a wholly owned subsidiary of Great Eagle Holdings.
