Two Holiday Inn Express hotels have been put on the market for a combined total of £13.5m.
The 120-bedroom Holiday Inn Express Kettering – which features a bar, restaurant, lobby area, four meeting rooms and 99 parking spaces – has been put on the market for £8m.
Meanwhile, the 103-bedroom Holiday Inn Express Preston South – which features three meeting rooms, a bar, restaurant and 110 parking spaces – is being offered for £5.5m.
The properties, which Cushman & Wakefield were instructed by a private investor to bring to the market, are being offered for sale with vacant possession and are subject to a franchise agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).
Richard Candey, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “These two Holiday Inn Express hotels present a great investment opportunity. Both boast strong trading performance and have continued growth prospects.”
