The property has previously traded with 59 guest bedrooms, 36 treatment rooms, and extensive spa and leisure facilities

Grayshott Health Spa in Hindhead, Surrey, has been brought to market for an undisclosed sum after being vacant since 2020.

The property, which sits on a freehold site of 49 acres adjacent to 700 acres of the National Trust-owned Ludshott Commons, has previously traded with 59 guest bedrooms, 36 treatment rooms, extensive spa and leisure facilities, and some of the most extensive indoor tennis facilities in the region.

Extending to just under 100,000 sq ft, Grayshott Spa benefits from excellent links to London via the A3 or mainline train links to Waterloo. 


For the first time in its ownership, the property is being offered for a variety of possible uses which may encompass upscale wellness facilities, a care village or associated care uses, or possible residential, which are all subject to the necessary planning consents.
